The afternoon/night race format drew a great crowd of spectators, who lined the fence on both sides of the track, and stayed til the end, around 11pm! Union County Dragway is a new facility which has only been open about a year. They're still working on the grounds, but the track itself was great!

Since we had a successful night at Union, didn't get back home until almost 2:30 am, and with showers on the radar for Sunday, we didn't make it to Piedmont Dragway on Sunday.
